Jon Gold Started butchery in 1985 at Ian Sloan butchers 55 Hambro Parade Rawreth Lane, Rayleigh. After learning his trade Jon want to bring the quality back to Butchery with only the finest quality meat from local farms in Essex, with free range pork from Blythburgh, poultry from Suffolk and beef from Reeds Hill Farm in Benfleet.
